Ropata Health offer a medication review service. Our pharmacy facilitator works closely with your doctor to help you get the best out of your medicines, and to ensure the combination is the best for you.
These appointments aim to:
- Help you understand more about the medication you are prescribed
- Work with you to find ways to help you remember to take your medication
- Check for how your medicines work with each other, including those you buy separately
- Minimise side effects.
These appointments can be especially useful if you take multiple medicines, find you are forgetting to take them, or have questions or concerns regarding your medication. Ask your doctor if a medication review will be of benefit to you. Review appointments may be free for patients enrolled in the year of care programme, or $25.
