Ropata Health will be moving to a new phone system on Thursday 12 March. During the changeover there will be a short period where our phone lines will not be available.
Our phones will be offline from 12pm to 2pm on Thursday while the transition takes place. We appreciate your patience while this work is completed.
Please note that this will not affect any in-person appointments. If you already have an appointment booked for Thursday, you can attend as normal.
If you need to speak to a clinician urgently during the time our phones are offline, please contact Healthline on 0800 611 116. Healthline is a free service where you can speak to a registered nurse who can provide health advice and guide you on what to do next.
Once the upgrade is complete, our phones will return to normal operation from 2pm onwards.
