Due to the design of our new, purpose built facility, we can segregate patients to ensure everyone’s safety.
Your safety is our priority, and we take our responsibility to care for our patients, staff, and the community very seriously. We have made sure our practices are still safe for you to visit when you do need to see a doctor or nurse face-to-face. Things might be a little different when you arrive though. We ask you to phone us when you are outside so we can prepare for you to come in.
The extra screening and processes we have in place are there to protect you and your bubble. We appreciate your patience with our teams because this does mean things can take a little longer.
