Childhood immunisations

All standard immunisations for children are free until 18 years of age. You can make an appointment with the Practice Nurse for your child’s immunisation.

Drivers licence medicals are carried out by the doctors at the Ropata Health.

Ropata Health provide community-orientated comprehensive primary care.

INR service

If your doctor has prescribed Warfarin, you will need to have regular blood tests to measure your blood clotting rate, and to make sure that you are taking the right dose of Warfarin.

Interpretation

Ropata Health uses interpreters for language/communication difficulties, and hearing impaired patients.

Minor surgery

We have an on-site operating theatre that has been purpose built for minor surgery, and a team of dedicated doctors and nurses who are experienced in minor surgery.

The team at Ropata Health will look after you and your baby during your pregnancy.

Sexual health

At Ropata Health, we provide confidential and non-judgemental sexual and reproductive health care.

Smears

Regular cervical smear tests every three years are recommended for women, if they have ever been sexually active, from the age of 25 until they turn 70.

Smoking cessation

Steroid injections

Ropata offer steroid injections on site for joint problems and arthritis.
