Our beautiful new building
The founding GPs of Ropata Medical Centre (Peter Anyon, Geoff Stokes, Stewart Reid , Rex Faulknor, Irene Forsyth, Rose Johnston and Don Barrett) began their journey in 1989 at the old premises at 577 High St. This iconic building in Lower Hutt was our home, where we cared for our local community for 30 years. The practice has expanded and outgrown these buildings and we now fortunate to be able to move into a larger new purpose built building. Co-located with other health care providers.
This building which was built to the highest earthquake specifications enables all of our practice team to work in the same space. It is located adjacent to Hutt Hospital, Pacific Radiology, Boulcott Hospital as well as providing excellent parking for patients.
